Ann Vezina is Executive Vice President and Group President of ACS Commercial Solutions. In this capacity she's responsible for the ongoing operation and continuing growth of an ACS Group that comprises nearly 60 percent of ACS' business contributing more than $3 billion in revenue annually. The Commercial Solutions Group serves thousands of clients around the world in industries including communications education energy financial services healthcare insurance manufacturing retail and transportation and travel.

Previously Vezina served as Managing Director of ACS' Business Process Solutions (BPS) line of business where she was responsible for the delivery of comprehensive business process outsourcing (BPO) services to all major commercial industries. The BPS business supports more than 300 clients across multiple vertical markets and geographies.

Vezina has 21 years of global BPO and information technology (IT) experience across a broad spectrum of industries including automotive and hi-tech manufacturing financial services communications travel and transportation and healthcare. Her experience has taken her throughout Europe Latin America and the United States.

Prior to joining ACS she spent 18 years with EDS progressively advancing her management and leadership skills through experience in BPO operations sales and business development project and client management relationship development and IT services.

Her responsibilities included the delivery of EDS' customer care business in North America followed by the launch of this business in selected emerging markets. In this role she led the sales development implementation and ongoing operations of customer care solutions in Europe Brazil and Mexico.

Vezina attended Central Michigan University where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
